Win the Day

For me winning the day currently entails (these are in order of importance)

-Not eating any refined sugars or processed food.
-Doing physical activity of some sort, lifting, HIIT, scuba diving or even 30 minute walk.
-Reading for at least 1 hour.
-Writing 250 words of science fiction.
-Working on programming for 1 hour.
-30 minutes of drumming practice.

When done efficiently this can be done in less than 4 hours (only 17% of my day) Reading could be condensed to audio books as well that are listened to while doing exercise to save more time.
